What is the difference between the fixed time and flexible time?
1.Fixed Time: This means you can lock in a roughly fixed class time slot for the long term. Teachers will also prioritize reserving this time slot for you.
2.Flexible Time: This means you can flexibly schedule each session based on your and your teacher‘s availability.
3.Common Policy: Regardless of which course package you buy, rescheduling is supported if you need to adjust a booked class time (requires applying at least X hours in advance).
What is the time limit policy for Bookings?
1.Minimum Advance Booking: Students can usually book classes for at least 12 hours later.
2.Rescheduling Policy: Since the teacher needs time to prepare lessons in advance, students must discuss schedule changes with the teacher at least X hours ahead.
3.Course Package Validity Period: To ensure the best learning progress and schedule management, all course packages on our platform come with a validity period. The details are as follows:
*24-hour course package: Valid for 180 days starting from the date of purchase.
*48-hour course package: Valid for 240 days starting from the date of purchase.
Please plan your lessons within the validity period. Any unused hours will expire after the deadline. We encourage you to schedule classes regularly to make consistent progress in your Chinese learning journey!
Can I change my teacher if necessary?
1.We encourage students and teachers to fully communicate on teaching styles and course schedules. If necessary, we will replace students with a new teacher after the student or teacher’s application.
2.Once the decision to change the current teacher is determined, we will arrange a new teacher and trial class for the student.
What is the refund policy?
1.To ensure flexibility and fairness in our course package system, please note the following refund policy:
Refund Calculation Rule: If you purchased a 48-hour package, the unit price of the 24-hour package (X RMB/hour) will be used to calculate the cost of consumed lessons when processing a refund.
Calculation formula:
Refund Amount = Total Payment – (Consumed Hours × 24-hour Package Unit Price X)
💡Example:
If you purchased a 48-hour package for CN￥3840 (discounted price 80 RMB/hour), and the 24-hour package unit price is CN￥90/hour:
Consumed hours: 10 hours → Deduction: 10 × 90 = CN￥900
Refund amount = 3840 – 900 =CN￥2940
